You must be at least 16 years old to use Attunely. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their care.
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the App
Attunely provides AI-powered communication suggestions to help you draft more engaging replies. You agree to use the app responsibly and follow these terms. You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or activities.
- Use generated content for harassment, fraud, or other harmful conduct.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app’s operation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app’s software.
5. Privacy and Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using the app, you consent to the practices described there.
To provide history features, maintain conversation context, and conduct internal analysis, we store chat suggestions and suggestion history generated through the Keyboard, along with your AI Coach conversation history. We do not store uploaded LINE text files. Any data involved in third-party processing is anonymized or de-identified first. The Privacy Policy controls the detailed scope, retention practices, and your rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
Attunely uses AI to analyze conversation screenshots and generate reply suggestions. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided for reference, and you decide whether to use it.
- We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are appropriate for every situation or conversation.
- You are responsible for the consequences of using AI-generated content.
- AI-generated content may vary by person, and results are not guaranteed.
7. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
Some Attunely features require a paid subscription. By purchasing one, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees when due.
- Allow recurring subscription charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds: You may cancel at any time through the app or your device’s app store. Refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable app-store policies.
8. Disclaimer
Attunely is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Results may vary by user.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attunely and its creators are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the app.
- Loss of data, reputation, or profits resulting from use of the app.
- Any social or relationship consequences arising from AI-generated reply suggestions.
10. User Conduct
By using Attunely or participating in our feedback channels, you agree to:
- Respect other people’s privacy and opinions.
- Not publish offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Not use generated content to harass or deceive others.
Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials provided through Attunely belong to the app’s creators or are licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without prior permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Attunely, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for violating these terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
