1. Information We Collect
Account and Personalization Information: Account details you provide, along with gender, sexuality, or other preferences used to personalize AI responses and your experience.
Keyboard Suggestion and History Data: We collect and store chat suggestions generated, selected, or saved through the Attunely Keyboard, your interactions with those suggestions, and related suggestion history. We use this information to provide history features, improve the product, and conduct internal analysis.
AI Coach Conversations: We collect and store the messages, prompts, responses, and conversation history between you and AI Coach to maintain context, provide the service, and conduct internal analysis.
Keyboard Input Data: We do not continuously log every keystroke, and we do not store sensitive fields such as passwords or payment details. We process only content you deliberately submit to an Attunely feature to generate a suggestion; generated suggestions and their history are stored as described in this Policy.
Screenshots and LINE Text Files: Chat screenshots or exported LINE text files that you deliberately select are processed to analyze a conversation and generate suggestions. We do not store LINE text files; they are used temporarily only for the time needed to complete the requested processing. Chat screenshots are likewise not permanently retained. We do not access other photos or files you have not selected.
Usage Data: Feature usage, session counts, in-app purchases, and interactions with AI suggestions.
Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash or diagnostic data.
Dedicated Ad-Page Analytics: Only when you visit a dedicated /go/meta/… advertising path, we record random browser visitor and session identifiers, campaign path and parameters, detected platform, page visits, and App Store or Google Play button clicks. The normal homepage and other marketing URLs are outside this attribution dataset.
Install Attribution: The Android app reads Google Play Install Referrer data and reports an install only when its random click identifier matches a previously recorded store click from a dedicated ad page. The iOS app does not perform person-level matching; we use only Apple's aggregate campaign-download totals, which may be delayed and subject to a minimum reporting threshold.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide typing, prediction, and personalization features.
- Save and display your Keyboard suggestion history and AI Coach conversation history.
- Improve accuracy and quality of AI-generated suggestions.
- Conduct internal product, quality, and usage-trend analysis.
- Diagnose issues and enhance stability/performance.
- Process payments for premium features (if applicable).
- Send important updates or support communications.
- Measure dedicated campaigns' page visits, store clicks, installs, and cost per install.
3. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not store passwords, payment details, or other sensitive input fields.
- We do not continuously monitor or record every keystroke.
- We do not store uploaded LINE text files or permanently retain chat screenshots.
- We do not access, view, or process photos or files you have not deliberately selected.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not send or disclose identifiable Keyboard chat suggestions, suggestion history, or AI Coach conversations to third parties. This data is used only to provide Attunely and for Attunely's internal analysis.
Necessary Data Processors: If cloud infrastructure, payments, diagnostics, or another service provider must process data on our behalf, we minimize it to what is necessary and anonymize or de-identify it before third-party processing. Providers may not use it for their own purposes and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
Meta Ad Measurement (Consent Only): On a dedicated Meta ad page, the Meta Pixel sends a first visit and store-button click only after you expressly choose “Allow Meta.” The transmission may include the event, campaign parameters, browser/device information, a transient IP address, and Meta click or browser identifiers when present. We do not send in-app conversations, accounts, purchases, general installs, or normal-site activity to Meta.
Legal: When required by law, regulation, or government request.
Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, consistent with this Policy.
We never sell or rent your personal, input, or conversation data.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
- Account/subscription data is retained while your account is active.
- Keyboard suggestions and history, and AI Coach conversation history, are retained while needed to provide history features, conduct internal analysis, or meet legal obligations, or until you request deletion.
- LINE text files are not stored, and chat screenshots are not permanently retained after the requested processing is complete.
- Diagnostic and usage data may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to improve the app.
- Dedicated ad-page events and campaign aggregates are retained as needed to measure campaign performance and meet legal obligations. IP addresses and User-Agent strings used for a consented Meta transmission are not stored in our ad-event table.
- You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Children's Privacy
Attunely Keyboard is not intended for children under 18 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your Privacy Choices & Rights
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion of your information.
- Opt out of marketing or analytics tracking.
You can also manage permissions directly in your device settings.
On a dedicated ad page, use “Ad privacy settings” in the footer at any time to change your Meta transmission choice. Choosing “Internal only” prevents later events from being sent to Meta.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use cloud infrastructure, payments, crash diagnostics, Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Install Referrer, or other third-party processing services. Except for consented Meta ad measurement described above, third-party processing is limited to the minimum needed for the specified service, and providers may not use the data for their own purposes.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the app or via email before they take effect.

12. Important iOS "Full Access" Note
On iOS, granting Full Access allows the Keyboard to communicate with Attunely's servers to process content you deliberately submit and generate AI responses. We do not continuously transmit keystrokes or store password or payment fields; however, generated chat suggestions, suggestion history, and your AI Coach conversation history are stored as described in this Policy. You may disable Full Access at any time in iOS Settings → Keyboards.
