Keyboard Input Data: We do not store or log what you type, including sensitive data (passwords, payment details, private messages). Input may be processed locally on-device to provide suggestions, autocorrect, or AI features.

Personal Information: Gender and sexuality preferences (used to customize AI responses).

Photo Library Access: While our app requests access to your full photo library, we only process screenshots taken while the keyboard is open. These screenshots are used solely to analyze what's displayed on your screen in order to provide relevant AI-powered suggestions and features. We do not access, view, or process any other photos in your library.

Usage Data: Feature usage, session counts, in-app purchases, interactions with AI suggestions.

Device & Technical Info: Device model, OS, app version, IP address, crash/diagnostic data.

Optional Permissions: If you enable cloud sync, analytics, or personalization, limited data (e.g., commonly used phrases, emoji usage) may be sent to our servers to power those features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide typing, prediction, and personalization features.
• Improve accuracy and quality of AI-generated suggestions.
• Diagnose issues and enhance stability/performance.
• Process payments for premium features (if applicable).
• Send important updates or support communications.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not store sensitive information you type.
• We do not continuously monitor every keystroke; input is processed only to provide enabled features.
• We do not access, view, or process photos from your library except for screenshots taken while the keyboard is open, which are used solely to analyze what's on your screen.

4. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure, analytics, or payments—bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal: When required by law, regulation, or government request.

Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, consistent with this Policy.

We never sell or rent your typing data.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account/subscription data is retained while your account is active.
• Diagnostic and usage data may be retained to improve the app.
• You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Children's Privacy

愛通 Attunely Keyboard is not intended for children under 18 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Privacy Choices & Rights

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of marketing or analytics tracking.

You can also manage permissions directly in your device settings.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, cloud storage, payments). Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the app or via email before they take effect.

12. Important iOS "Full Access" Note

On iOS, granting Full Access allows the keyboard to communicate with its servers to generate AI responses. We will never transmit or store what you type without your consent. You may disable Full Access at any time in iOS Settings → Keyboards.
